With a solid concept and accurate site data in hand, we translate your vision into preliminary floor plans, elevations, and basic layouts. We present initial drafts for your review and feedback, making adjustments to refine the design before moving forward—ensuring the plans truly reflect what you want while staying practical and buildable.

We value your input every step of the way. After preparing the preliminary designs, we share them with you in detail—discussing what works, what could improve, and any adjustments you'd like. Through collaborative revisions, we refine the plans until you give your full approval, giving you complete confidence before we finalize the construction-ready documents.

With your approved preliminary designs in place, we finalize the construction documents to make them fully permit-ready. We refine all details—materials, dimensions, framing, and systems—to ensure full compliance with Oregon's building codes and local requirements. We coordinate with a structural engineer for stamped calculations and details (foundations, beams, seismic, lateral forces, etc.) and a trusted truss manufacturer for engineered truss layouts. The end result: a complete, organized set of permit-ready plans (floor plans, elevations, sections, foundation/framing details, and supporting docs) ready for quick submission to your local building department—helping you move smoothly into construction.
